Returns & Exchanges
Woolrich has taken great care in designing and manufacturing our products, and paying the utmost attention to quality. If despite all our care, you need to return or exchange merchandise, we have teamed with the United Parcel Service (UPS) to make your return easier! Please follow the simple instructions below. Returns
If you decide to return part of your order for a refund, please follow the return instructions on the back of your original packing slip. For your convenience, we have included on the packing slip a preprinted, prepaid UPS Return Label for your use. Repackage the merchandise carefully with your return slip and return it to us through any UPS location, collections box or postal carrier. No payment is necessary. You will be refunded your entire merchandise amount minus any shipping fees. The return shipping cost will be calculated by the UPS. Woolrich is not responsible for lost shipments through the UPS. Please allow three to four weeks for your credit or refund to arrive.

If you do not have your original packing slip, simply include a note with your name, address, phone number and items you are returning. Return the merchandise to:

Exchanges
If you decide you want to exchange part of your order for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return instructions on the back of your original packing slip. For your convenience, we have included on the packing slip a preprinted, prepaid UPS Return Label for your use. Repackage the merchandise carefully with your return slip and return it to us through any UPS location, collections box or postal carrier. No payment is necessary. The return cost, calculated by the UPS, will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. Woolrich is not responsible for lost shipments through the UPS. Woolrich will ship the new item(s) to you with no additional shipping charge (standard shipping, USA only). Please allow three to four weeks for your exchange to arrive.

Merchandise Purchased at a Retail Store
If you need to return or exchange item(s) purchased at one of our company stores or retailers, you will need to return it to the store from which it was purchased. The individual store's return and exchange policies will apply. If you are unable to return it, please call our Consumer Affairs Department at (800) 966-5372 or email them for further assistance.
