We are sorry that you want to return your order.
You can easily return your product purchased online within 30 days* of delivery with the prepaid return label included with your order. Please note online returns cannot be returned to our retail stores.
*For items purchased from November 18 onwards, you have until January 5th to make a free return or exchange.
Make sure the garment is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund or exchange.
Place the item back in its original packaging to protect it from any transport damage. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, use a sturdy box that will ensure that your garment is shipped safely.
Apply the prepaid return label (Step 2) to the package, covering the original one.

Once shipped, you can track your return by inserting the tracking number (max. 10 digits) on the UPS website. You can find the tracking on the return label below the first barcode.
You will be refunded as soon as possible, typically within 14 days after shipping your return.
We reserve the right to withhold your refund until the return parcel has been received and the return is confirmed to be eligible based on our return policy.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
