Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If you have received a product but want to change the size and/or color, or arrange a return for refund, you can place a request on the site within 30 days of delivery.
Make sure the garment is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund or exchange.
Place the item back in its original packaging to protect it from any transport damage. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, use a sturdy box that will ensure that your garment is shipped safely.
Apply the prepaid return label (Step 2) to the package, covering the original one.
If you received a UPS return label go to a UPS drop-off location. Click here to find your nearest one.
Once shipped, you can track your return by inserting the tracking number (max. 10 digits) on the UPS website.
You can find the tracking on the return label below the first barcode.If you received a FedEx return label go to a FedEx drop-off location. Click here to find your nearest one.
Once shipped, you can track the shipment by entering the TRK# number (max. 12 numbers) on the FedEx website.
You can find the TRK# number on the return label under the voice RETURN.
You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
Your return is insured in case of theft and loss during shipping.
You will be refunded as soon as possible, typically within 10 business days after the reception of your return.
We reserve the right to withhold your refund until the return parcel has been received and the return is confirmed to be eligible based on our return policy.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
