Payment methods

We offer various payment methods.


Credit card:

We currently accept Master Card, Visa Card, Maestro and American Express. We credit refunds for returns to your credit card account. An integrated SSL procedure ensures the security of the data transmitted during credit card payments. If your credit card provider participates in the 3D Secure process (security process and authentication of your credit card), you may be asked to enter your PIN at the end of your order. If you have questions about registering for the 3D Secure process, please contact your credit card provider directly.


PayPal:

PayPal allows you to pay easily and securely. You will be forwarded to PayPal during the ordering process. If you are already registered with PayPal, you can log in there and pay via your PayPal account. PayPal also offers the option for processing a payment as a guest without registering.


Klarna:

By choosing Klarna at the checkout, you’ll get the option to shop now and pay later for your purchase.


How to shop with Klarna: 

• Add item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout.

• Select Klarna at the checkout to pay as you like for your purchase.

• Manage your order and payments by logging into your Klarna account or in the Klarna app.

Returns and refunds

How will the money be returned to me? When you are about to receive a refund from Klarna, they will email you a link to Klarna’s refund form. The email will also include the transaction number, which you will need to fill in along with your other details. Would you prefer to keep your excess payment for your next purchase or transfer it to credit another invoice with Klarna? If so, please contact Klarna’s customer service team and they will take care of it. If the amount to be refunded to you exceeds EUR 3000, you must include a receipt or bank statement for your payment when filling in the refund form. The receipt or statement must include the following information: the date on which the payment was made, the account number of both the payee and the payer, the amount paid, the reference number used for the payment.

Klarna needs the receipt to identify you and to make sure that they pay the money back to the right person.
