Free exchange and return: you have 14 days to try our items at home and decide if you want to change size and color or return.

Log into "My Account" or "My Orders" and proceed with the return request indicating the reason for return. At the end of the request you can download and print the pre-paid return label to proceed with the return.
At this link you can find a copy of the customs invoice to fill in with the products you wish to return and place it on a clearly visible spot on the package and deliver to the courier. A copy of the label and the invoice will also be sent to you via email.
