Shipping and delivery methods and time frames
We currently have a partnership with DHL which generally takes from between 2 and 3 working days, from the day on which the order was submitted. We will inform you by email as soon as the goods have been shipped.
We reserve the right to use a different courier which we will communicate to you via email and/or will be indicated in this section on the Website.
We cover all custom duties even if we don't deliver from within Switzerland.
The delivery times may be subject to delays, for example, during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes or due to force majeure in general (as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) or fortuitous events.
Please note that the courier does not deliver on National holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays. The Italian Warehouse will be closed on: 1st January, 6th January, 5th April, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th December, 26th December.
Billing address and delivery address
You can indicate a different delivery address from the billing address during the order stage. In this case, when you submit the order, first enter the billing address, then click on the option “Indicate a different delivery address”.
Please note that orders placed on the Website can only be delivered to one of the countries among those available on the Website and only to addresses within one of those countries.
Track your order in real time
If you are a registered user, you can view your orders in the “My Account” section and track them directly.
We also add a link in the shipping confirmation that allows you to track the shipment. You will thus know where your order is at all times. From the time when the order is shipped, it may take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the courier activates the link for order tracking.
