ORDERS

Registering is not necessary, but if you do you can enjoy the following benefits: enable access to the page "My Account" where you can follow the shipment of your orders and review all your purchases, access your personal "Wishlist", save your addresses (home, work, etc..), and manage personal data associated with your account.

Shopping on the Woolrich Online Store is very easy: if you already know what you are interested in, use the category links, which you can find in the main menu of the site.
Once you have found the item you wish to order, select the color and size and click the "ADD TO CART" button below.
You can see the selected items by clicking on the icon in the shape of a "Shopping bag" and thus opening the cart on the top right of the page. Directly from your cart, you can change the number of products and/or remove them if you have changed your mind. To complete the order, click on "Checkout" and proceed as follows.

We try to ship all orders within two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and a tracking number to follow your order.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to add items to an existing order.

After you complete an order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. If any of the items you ordered are no longer available, you will receive an email from Woolrich Customer Service, and your credit card will be charged only for the value of the available items.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after they have shipped. Therefore, please provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery time.

Within 14 days of delivery, log into "My Account" or "Track my order" and proceed with the return request indicating the reason for return.
At the end of the request, you can download and print the pre-paid return label to proceed with the return.
At this link you can find a copy of the customs invoice to fill in with the products you wish to return and we ask you to apply it on a very visible place on the package when you will deliver it to the courier with the pre-paid return label applied as well.
A copy of the label and the invoice will also be sent to you via email.

On the Woolrich Online Store, sizes can refer to the Italian or International sizing system. To choose the system you usually use, just click on "Size Guide", the link you will find on the page of each product. For each garment, the type of fit is specified (ultra-slim, slim, regular, comfort, and oversize) in the appropriate section.
If you think you still need help, an in-depth Size Chart is available on our site for women, men, children, and dogs, with all the references on the fit of Woolrich garments and indications for taking measurements correctly, with the relative size conversion tables.
On some product categories (women's outerwear, men's outerwear, women's clothing, men's clothing) an interactive system is also available (reachable by clicking on "Find your size") and through a few questions will suggest the recommended size for you in line with the answers provided.
SHIPPING

You can only ship to one address per order. If there are gifts or items in your order that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the items have been delivered to the specified shipping address, and the receiver has signed for them, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we suggest that you refuse delivery, or write a note at the time of signing specifying that you are accepting a damaged package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and a tracking number to track the shipment of your order.

We offer free express delivery in 2-3 working days on orders over 100CHF.
Orders under or equal to 100CHF will have a 13CHF shipping cost.
Customs duties will be covered by us.
If you are asked to pay customs fees, do not pay any fees and contact us using the Contact form and provide your order number.

In your "Wishlist" you can save your favorite products, monitor them, and eventually buy them at any time. To create your personal "Wishlist" you must be registered and logged in to the site. To add an item to your "Wishlist", click on the heart-shaped icon at the top right of the image of each product while browsing the categories
