Shipping and delivery methods and time frames

We currently have a partnership with DHL and UPS to complete deliveries in Europe.

All orders entered before 12:00 CEST will be shipped the same day. Orders entered later will be shipped the next working day. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to use a different courier which we will communicate to you via email and/or will be indicated in this section on the Website.

The delivery times may be subject to delay during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes or due to force majeure in general (as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or fortuitous events. Please note that the courier does not deliver on National holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays. The Italian Warehouse will be closed on: 1 January, 6 January, 25 April, Easter, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 26 December.

Billing address and delivery address

You can indicate a different delivery address from the billing address during the order stage. In this case, when you submit the order, first enter the billing address, then click on the option “Indicate a different delivery address”.

Delivery

Please note that orders placed on the Website can only be delivered to one of the countries among those available on the Website and only to addresses within one of those countries.

Track your order in real time

If you are a registered user, you can view your orders in the “My Orders” section and track them directly.

We also add a link in the shipping confirmation that allows you to track the shipment. You will thus know where your order is at all times. From the time when the order is shipped, it may take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the courier activates the link for order tracking.
