Returns & Refunds

We are sorry that you want to return your order.


You can easily return your product purchased online within 30 days of delivery with the prepaid return label included with your order.

Please note products must be returned in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, for us to be able to accept the return and issue a refund. 


1. Request a return 

If you are a registered user, go to "My Account", click on "Orders" and select the order you wish to return. 

If you placed your order without registering, access the "My Orders" section.  

Click on "Request a return" and proceed with the request, indicating the reason for the return. 

Once you have completed the return request process, you can download and print the prepaid label for your return.

A copy of the label will also be sent to you by email, and you can always download it from your order page. 

 

2. Prepare the package 

Make sure the garment is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund. 

Place the item back in its original packaging to protect it from any transport damage. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, use a sturdy box that will ensure that your garment is shipped safely. 

Apply the prepaid return label (Step 1) to the package, covering the original one. 

 

3. Send the return 

Choose one of these options for returning your product: 

- Go to a UPS drop-off location. For UPS drop-off locations visit their website at www.ups.com 

- Contact UPS to arrange a collection.  

Once shipped, you can track your return by inserting the tracking number (max. 10 digits) on the UPS website. You can find the tracking on the return label below the first barcode. 

 

4. Receive your refund 

You will be refunded as soon as possible, typically within 14 days after shipping your return. 

We reserve the right to withhold your refund until the return parcel has been received and the return is confirmed to be eligible based on our return policy.  

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Your return is insured in case of theft or loss during shipping, after your parcel has been scanned as received by UPS. 

Please note your prepaid return label is only valid for use within the US.
