Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If you have received a product but want to change the size and/or color, or arrange a return for refund, you can place a request on the site within 14 days of delivery.
Enter a return request after 14 days is only possible for products with a recognised conformity defect.
For an evaluation of your item please contact our customer care.
If you are a registered user, go to the My Account section, then to the My Orders section, and then select and then select the order you wish to return.
If you placed the order without registering, go to the My Orders section.
Exchange request
Click on "Request for Exchange or Return", select the item you wish to change and choose the "EXCHANGE" option. Proceed by indicating the reason for the return (example: fit too loose), choose the color and/or size for which you want to exchange the item and click on "SUBMIT REQUEST".
You will not have to make any payment for the new order; the payment for your first order will also be valid for the exchange order.
Once we receive the item, we will send you the requested one in the desired color and/or size.
In the event that the color and/or size you want is not available, you will not be able to make an exchange, only return the item for a refund.
Refund request
Click on "Request for Exchange or Return", select the item you wish to return and choose the “RETURN” option. Proceed by indicating the reason for the return (example: fit too loose) and click on "SUBMIT REQUEST".
Once you have completed the exchange or refund request process, you will be able to download and print the prepaid label to send back the product you do not intend to keep. A copy of the label will also be sent to you by email, and you can always download it from your order page.
You will only be able to enter one return request (for one or more items) per order.

How to proceed:
- Make sure the garment is in the same condition as when you received it:
- the product must not have been used, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
- the identification tag must still be attached to the product, intact and undamaged, with the disposable seal that is an integral part of the product itself.
In the event of a non-compliant return, we will not be able to accept your return.
Place the item back in its original packaging to protect it from any transport damage. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, use a box that will ensure that your garment is shipped safely.
Download and print the prepaid label to proceed with the return of the product you do not wish to keep. A copy of the label will also be sent to you by email and you can always download it from your order page.
Apply the prepaid return label to the package covering the original one and seal the shipping box using the return sticker found inside your package.
To ship your return you have two options:
- go to a UPS Collection Point. Click here to find your nearest one.
- contact 385 1 4444777 to arrange a pick-up.
You can track your return by entering the TRACKING number on the UPS website.
You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
Your return is insured in case of theft and loss during shipping.
If you have requested a return for refund, we will refund the amount to your account in about 10 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in case of a return request for defective item.
