ORDERS

To place an order, you do not need to register. However, you will be able to use our site completely if you register for an account.
The checkout procedure will be individualized, and shopping will be simpler.
You can manage your personal information, track the delivery of your order, view all of your previous purchases, save your addresses (such as home, work, etc.), access your personal "Wishlist", and benefit from previews and promotions only available to registered users by visiting the "My Account" page.

You can select a specific product category from the menu and then use the filters to narrow down your search results.
You can check your selection after adding the items you want to buy to your shopping basket, make some minor changes, and then check out.
Click "Checkout" to continue and follow the suggested path to complete your order.

After you complete an order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. If any of the items you ordered are no longer available, you will receive an email from Woolrich Customer Service, and your credit card will be charged only for the value of the available items.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after they have shipped. Therefore, please provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery time.

We offer a "Find Your Size" option (available for women's outerwear, men's outerwear, children's outerwear, women's clothes, men's clothing, and shoes) to assist you in selecting the appropriate size. A suggestion engine that, based on the data you provide, will propose the option that suits you the best.
You can always find the "Size Guide" in each product sheet, which includes fit references and instructions on how to measure accurately.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free on all orders for a limited time only.

You can only ship to one address per order. If there are gifts or items in your order that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the items have been delivered to the specified shipping address, and the receiver has signed for them, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we suggest that you refuse delivery, or write a note at the time of signing specifying that you are accepting a damaged package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and a reference number to track the shipment of your order. If you are a registered user- please log in and check the status of your shipment in the "My Orders" section otherwise fill out the form available here.

CHANGE AND RETURN
Exclusively for items purchased during this period, you have until January 1st to make a free return or exchange.

Within 14 days of delivery, you may exchange an item for a similar item in a different color and/or size, if it is still available on the site. To make an exchange request, go to "My Account" or "My Orders," choose the reason for the exchange, and then click "Exchange." Choose the color and/or size you want and then click "Submit Request." When your exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return label to use when shipping the original item. We will send you the requested item in the desired color and/or size once we receive it.

No, you will not be required to complete a new transaction. The payment for your first order will also be valid for the exchange order; as soon as we receive the return of the original item we will ship you the new product, without further charge or refund.

Within 14 days of delivery, go to "My Account" or "My Orders" and proceed with the return request indicating the reason for return.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the "Account" section, click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link where you can proceed to set a new password.

In your "Wishlist" you can save your favorite products, monitor them, and eventually buy them at any time. To create your personal "Wishlist" you must be registered and logged in to the site. To add an item to your "Wishlist", click on the heart-shaped icon at the top right of the image of each product while browsing the categories
