ORDERS
We offer a "Find Your Size" option (available for women's outerwear, men's outerwear, women's clothes and men's clothing) to assist you in selecting the appropriate size. A suggestion engine that, based on the data you provide, will propose the option that suits you the best.
You can always find the Size Chart in each product sheet, which includes fit references and instructions on how to measure accurately.
To place an order, you do not need to register. However, you will be able to use our site completely if you register for an account. The checkout procedure will be individualized, and shopping will be simpler. You can manage your personal information, track the delivery of your order, view all of your previous purchases, save your addresses (such as home, work, etc.), access your personal Wish list, and benefit from previews and promotions only available to registered users by visiting the My Account page.
The online security of your personal information is important to us. We use advanced encryption technology (SSL) to securely transmit your personal information and payment card information.

It is not currently possible to order a gift box.
Each product is carefully wrapped in a tissue paper sealed with a logoed sticker. Outerwear is sent with a logoed hanger, and shoes are packed inside an additional cardboard box.
In most cases, the products you receive will not have a price tag. In the few cases where products show a price, this will be the list price without discounts. There will be no invoice inside the package.
After completing an order, you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase. If you are a registered user, you can log in to the My Account section and click on My Orders to view your recent order.
If you choose to pay with PayPal or iDeal (if available in your country), you will be charged immediately. If one or more items are unavailable, you will receive an email from our Customer Service and you will be refunded for the amount corresponding to the unavailable items.
If you choose to pay by card, Apple Pay or Klarna, you will only be charged when the order is shipped. If one or more items are unavailable, you will receive an email from our Customer Service and you will only be charged for the items that have been shipped.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to make changes to an existing order. It is not possible to add or remove items to a confirmed order and it is not possible to change the shipping address.
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to request the cancellation of an order once it has been placed. However, if you change your mind, you will still be able to benefit from free return.
SHIPPING
You can only ship to one address per order. If there are gifts or items in your order that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
All orders entered before 12:00 CEST will be shipped the same day. Orders entered later will be shipped the next working day. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as the goods have been dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and a reference number to track the shipment of your order.
If you placed the order as a registered user, you can also check the status of your shipment by logging in and clicking on My Orders.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the delivery address. Once the items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and the receiver has signed for them, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, we suggest you refuse delivery or write a note at the time of signing specifying that you are accepting a damaged parcel. Keep the box for any checks by the courier.
If you have already accepted the delivery and later notice that the parcel has been tampered with, keep the box as it will be necessary for the courier's investigation.
CHANGE AND RETURN
If you have received a product but would like to make a return for refund, you can place a return request within 14 days of delivery.
You will only be able to enter one return request (for one or more items) per order.
Return after 14 days is only possible for products with a recognised conformity defect. For an evaluation of your item please contact our customer care Contact Us.

If you have received a product but would like to make a size exchange, you can place a return request within 14 days of delivery.
You will only be able to enter one return request (for one or more items) per order. It is not possible to exchange the returned product for a different model than the one previously ordered.

The payment for your first order will also be valid for the size exchange; as soon as we receive the return of the item, we will ship the new product, without further charge or refund.
If you selected an instalment method of payment for your original order, the payment terms selected at the time of your first order will remain valid.

The guarantee period for products with a recognised conformity defect is 2 years. For an evaluation of your item please contact our customer care Contact Us.
If the purchase was made via a third-party retailer, please contact the shop where the purchase was made.
In the event of a full refund, you will be refunded the instalments already paid, while the instalments not yet paid will be cancelled.
In the event of a partial refund, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining instalments and the remaining instalments will be updated with the new total.
If you have changed your mind, simply do not ship the items. The return request cannot be cancelled, but it will not affect your order in any way.
The online return form cannot be modified after submission: therefore, please ensure that you have correctly selected all the items you wish to return.

ACCOUNT
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login section, click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link where you can proceed to set a new password.

In your "Wishlist" you can save your favorite products, monitor them, and eventually buy them at any time. To create your personal "Wishlist" you must be registered and logged in to the site. To add an item to your "Wishlist", click on the heart-shaped icon at the top right of the image of each product while browsing the categories.

Items purchased in official stores or outlets can only be returned to the same point of sale.
