Returns and refunds
How do I get my money back? If you need your money back, Klarna will send you an email with a link to a web form that you need to fill in. The email will also include a reference number which you will need to provide along with your details. Contact Klarna’s customer service if you would rather keep the money as a credit or use it to pay another invoice with Klarna. If the amount is higher than DKK 30,000, you must attach a receipt for the transaction. The following information must appear on the receipt: date, sender, amount recipient, amount, FIK code/payment line.
