Whistleblowing

In 2019 the Woolrich Group undertook a journey to promote a company culture founded on values of integrity and transparency which are ensured by the adoption of an Organizational and Governance Model and the publication of a Code of Ethics that must lead the daily operations of all Group employees.

Consistently with this approach, Woolrich Europe S.p.A. continues to be committed to operating in compliance with these standards, also by adopting a system that governs the submission and management of so-called whistleblowing reports, which is aimed at providing an anonymous and confidential channel for reporting conducts that are potentially non-compliant with the Organisational Model and the Code of Ethics of the Company and, in any case, that constitute offences among those set forth in Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The Woolrich Group’s whistleblowing procedure, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, provides for the implementation of an "internal" whistleblowing channel through a web platform managed by an external and independent party, specifically assigned and appointed as Data Processor for privacy purposes.

The processing of the personal data of the individuals involved and/or mentioned in the Reports as well as the Reporting Parties is made in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation No. 679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code).
