Women's Somerset Reversible Down Parka - John Rich & Bros.

Inspired by our iconic Arctic Parka, the down-insulated 2-in-1 Somerset Reversible Parka offers a reversible parka option, with a solid side and a side trimmed with luxurious fox fur and leather details. Both sides share a two-way full-length zip-closure front. Solid side has a concealed-snap storm placket and snap-flap closure hand-warmer pockets. Waist has drawcord regulations that are exposed on the fur-side, hidden from the solid side. Generously-sized hood is trimmed in fox fur and features a snap-down hood visor that allows the fur to be worn on the outside of the hood or inside against the face, no matter which way you’re wearing the parka. Fur-trimmed side has matching sleeves to solid side and fox fur patches, plus leather trim at the front opening. Finished with two open hand-warmer pockets. This 2-in-1 parka comes in our regular fit, a trimmer fit with minimal excess fabric.

    High-quality, versatile parka

I upgraded to it after 4-5 years with a standard green arctic parka that I wore to death. Had been looking at the military parkas for the past 2 years but the pockets were very unflattering for me. Recently, decided to try this and the luxury parka, which was really nice, but this was more of a departure from what I've had and it seemed easier to dress up or down. This jacket has not disappointed. For me, it is perfect! It feels luxe but at the same time understated if you're wearing it fur-in. Pretty versatile. It is ridiculously warm and the waist cinch makes a big difference for giving it some shape (me too!). I don't see myself wearing it reversibly too often, but it's definitely a nice option. Also... at 50% off it feels like a steal. I am 5'1"" and moved from a S in my old arctic parka (which was always a little tight around my hips) into an M with this. It fits perfectly (sleeves could be a smidge shorter but it's proportional). I hardly ever write reviews, but my Woolrich experience has been great the past few years and I could not wait to get my next piece. They offer an amazing product that has never failed me throughout brutal winters in the northeast.
