Returns & Exchanges

Woolrich takes great care in designing and manufacturing quality products to exacting standards. However, we realize there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange merchandise you have ordered through our website or catalog. Returns can be made within 60 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt or packing slip. To simplify the process for you, we have teamed with United Parcel Service (UPS). 

Return for Refund for Catalog/Internet Purchases

If you would like to return any or all of your order for a refund, please follow the return instructions on the back of your original packing slip. For your convenience, we have included a pre-printed, pre-paid UPS Return label with your packing slip. Simply repackage your item with your return slip and return it using any UPS location, collections box or UPS drop-off location. No payment is necessary at that time. The entire merchandise amount, minus shipping fees ($6.95 if you use our return label), will be credited to your bank or credit card within 7-10 business days, although the credit may not appear until your next statement. (Please note, during high volume periods such as the Christmas holiday season, it may take a few additional days to process your refund.)

Exchanges of Catalog/Internet Purchases

Woolrich does not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please follow the return instructions on the back of your original packing slip to return your purchase, then order the correct item. Merchandise Purchased at a Retail Store

If you would like to return or exchange an item that you purchased at a retail store, please return it to the store from which it was purchased. The return and exchange policies of each store may vary and will apply to your transaction. If you are unable to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-966-5372 or email them at [email protected] for further assistance. (Please note, unauthorized returns sent to our Distribution Center will be refused.)
