Nice fit but too utilitarian looking

I loved the fact that this coat is the most sustainable option. I am 5'4 120 lbs and ordered a size XS (normally a S or XS depending) and it still fit great with sweaters. It was roomy while still flattering (not too boxy). I ordered it in Kangaroo Brown, which was more of a tan/khaki than I expected. Overall I really like the jacket.

This is a beautiful parka with the perfect balance of elegance and utility. The detailing is fantastic and I love the sturdy cotton outer fabric. I got the lighter color to complement my black scarves and better display the weave of the fabric. The fit: I ordered a small which fits me quite well as someone who is 5'7" and 120 pounds. There is still room for layers underneath and it's not too tight or too loose. I can tell this parka will last the rest of my life. The only element I might optimize is the zipper. It's slightly small and fussy, but otherwise the components are quality. It is sewn very well and obviously a lot of time is spent detailing each parka.
