For our Fall/Winter 2016 campaign, Woolrich John Rich and Bros. collaborated with conceptual photographer, Jackie Nickerson, on a road trip to our historic mill in Pennsylvania.
For over 180 years, the mill has kept our founding philosophy alive, while inspiring the innovations that have kept us at the forefront of outerwear. It serves as both a fully functional mill and as a living museum, documenting our rich history and our traditional manufacturing methods.
With these photos, Nickerson struck a perfect balance between documentation, environment, and fashion. The elements of the mill in the background are as much the subject of the photographs as the figures and clothing in the forefront — a celebration of process and identity, the final product and the unique environment that creates it.
