Great Eastern Trail Association
The Great Eastern Trail Association, along with American Hiking Society and local trail clubs, is creating America's newest long distance hiking trail. From Alabama to the Finger Lakes Trail in New York, this path is 1800 miles long and crosses nine states. The Great Eastern Trail (GET) provides a premier hiking experience on a series of existing trails. Volunteers are working hard to link these trails into one long-distance footpath in the Appalachian Mountains. Woolrich is proud to partner with existing volunteer trail clubs and is working to create new volunteer groups to help reach these goals.

Keystone Trail Association
A "keystone" is the central wedge-shaped stone of an arch, the stone that holds the entire arch together. Since the 1800s, Pennsylvania has been known as the Keystone State in tribute to its importance to the original colonies. Keystone Trails Association holds that same importance to the state's hiking trails. KTA protects hiking trail lands through support and advocacy and educates the public in the responsible use of trails and the natural environment.

Mid State Trail Association
The Mid State Trail Association seeks out remote, natural corridors for routing the Mid State Trail; Pennsylvania's longest foot path. It constructs and maintains only foot paths, and acts to protect the scenic and cultural resources of the corridor through which the trail passes. In addition to supporting these efforts, a portion of the Mid State Trail passes through our hometown of Woolrich, PA, where we maintain a camping shelter for backpackers.

Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) began in 1999 as a statewide nonprofit organization to provide a voice for the Commonwealth's 117 state parks and 2.2 million acres of forest land. Founded on the principle that each generation is responsible for leaving behind a better legacy of good conservation, PPFF's mission is to promote and support the natural and cultural resources of Pennsylvania's state parks and forests through leadership in recreation, education, conservation and volunteerism.
