International Shipping Options, Charges and FAQs
International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by our international distribution partner Borderfree based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Note: International orders are not eligible for shipping promotions of any kind. This includes but is not limited to free shipping, discounted shipping, free shipping upgrades and flat rate shipping.

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

Most in-stock items will arrive 11-24 business days after receipt of your order. A shipping timeline specific to your destination can be viewed in Checkout.

Can my order be delivered internationally?
Yes. Through our partnership with Borderfree, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers. Support for many more countries coming soon. International shoppers now get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals, cost-effective international shipping, and much more. What is Borderfree?
Borderfree is a global ecommerce solution that allows us to offer our international shoppers an experience that is all their own. International shoppers will see products prices in their local currency and shipping costs that are guaranteed to include all duties and taxes required by their country. This alleviates the worried and stress of possible unknown C.O.D. charges when your package arrives.
Which Countries Can I Ship To?

I live in the USA, can I ship products internationally but still pay in US dollars?
Yes. With the help of Borderfree, we can now support internationally gift giving. You can receive a guaranteed order total for an international order, but pay in US dollars and use a US credit card.
Do you ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Orders shipping to U.S. military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the U.S.
How Does Shipping A Gift Work?
When shipping items to an address that is different from your billing address, Woolrich does not list the price of the products. This ensures that if the item is a gift, the product price will not be displayed to the recipient.
What Payment Types are Supported By Borderfree?
Currently Borderfree accepts VISA, MasterCard and Paypal.
What currencies does Borderfree support?
Currently, Borderfree supports billing in over 40 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Click here to view and select from a list of our supported currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.
How Do I Select Or Change The Currency Or Country I Would Like To Ship To?
Simply click on the Flag at the top of the site. This will allow you to select or change which country you would like us to ship your order and also the currency in which you would like to view the product prices.
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.
Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your basket and click on the checkout button. Borderfree will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
What are my international shipping options?
International shipping delivery promise is between 2-12 business days. You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
When am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S.
What will my credit card statement say?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will read "51*WOOLRICH" where "51" denotes the Borderfree network.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you use the international checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Borderfree. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.
How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the international checkout.

International Returns
What is your Return Policy for International Orders?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at intcustserv@woolrich.com or 570-769-6464. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Can I send My Return Directly to Woolrich?
No. International orders must be returned via Borderfree and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please contact us at intcustserv@woolrich.com or 570-769-6464 to receive this form.

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The return is processed at an exchange rate equal to the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Certain products may be subject to restocking fees. This is at the sole discretion of the Woolrich Returns department.
Exchanges
We currently do not support international order exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please return your product for refund and reorder your desired product as a new order.
