Good value for the price

colors give a rich ranchy feel to the room. Great blanket for the price. it's the same size as my old GI blankets and only a 1/4 as itchy.

This is a wonderful wool blanket. It is for my son, and the size is perfect on his single bed. It is a substantial weight and does not slip off his bed like his quilt does when he sleeps. Best of all, he looks very comfortable and content as he sleeps covered with his new blanket. He uses it over his quilt on cold nights. The quality is great and the color of the navy is a saturated deep color lined with orange stripes on the edges. Beautiful!
Greatest blanket ever!

I always admired Woolrich quality. This blanket lives up to the extraordinary legacy. The blanket s warm and the historic styling is classic.
Nice blanket for the car
from New York metro
I have had my eye on this blanket for years. I liked the quality and the orange and blue colors match those of a favorite sports team. I put this blanket in the car so I always have it for tailgates and games. It's fairly lightweight and very warm. It's more expensive than a synthetic blanket, so I put off making the purchase for a while. I am glad I finally decided to buy this blanket. It is well made and classic. I hope to have it for a long time.

About Me High-end Shopper
I purchased this blanket as a coverlet for my 12 year old son's bed. It is a classic design while at the same time very stylish and modern. Further, its history as a Civil War blanket appeals to my son's interests. I was concerned that the twin sizing would be too small for a full size bed but the blanket is large enough to serve as a full size bed cover. I highly recommend this blanket for warmth, durability and its classic styling.

I would have perfected a box that didn't have company name plastered all over it since it was a Christmas pressent to my husband and he received box. Knew what it was before Christmas- but not a huge deal- maybe during this time of year you could offer a gift option. Love everything else.

Horse History Buff

I love anything to do with horses & horse history. I was thrilled to find this beautiful Woolrich cavalry blanket. Actually covers the top (edge to edge) of my queensize bed! Wonderful blanket for snuggling up and keeping warm on the couch/lounge chair and reading a good (horse) book. I use this beautiful blanket often--single layer or folded double layer. I throw it in the car and take it when I sleep over a friend's house.

Warmth you can't live without
By Mom the cyclist

I received a woolrich blanket like this several years ago as a Xmas gift from my husband. My son was in college at the time and we all loved the blanket. Now that my son is out and on his own, I asked his girlfriend for ideas for him for this past Xmas. She said that there was some sort of Woolrich blanket that he always talks about - I knew instantly that it was the Woolrich Cavalry blanket that we have in our rec room. We gave him one for Xmas and he was thrilled. Thank you for making a great product. I did notice that my older blanker says it can be hand washed or dry cleaned, but the new one says dry clean only??
