Staple for one's wardrobe

I wear this skirt when I want to look more put-together but not TOO dressy. It can also be dressed down for a more casual occasion. I first ordered the size I normally wear in pants and skirts and it was too big. A size smaller was just right. It does wrinkle somewhat as any clothing with linen in it would, but it still looks good, is comfortable, and casually stylish.

Returned it because it was too long and the pleat made it look awkward. The buttons on the side that were supposed to make it adjustable made the waistline lumpy.

Fabric is a nice weight. But pleat at button closure does not lay flat giving the skirt a sloppy appearance.

The style was not fitting for me, as there was no elastic, and the waist band button was complicated and unusual.

The size was not right for me. I would have fitted a "petite size" better. It was too long and unflattering. And it was rather expensive for a cotton skirt. I returned it right away.
