I will wear this skirt for years to come as a substitute for shorts and pants in a warm climate. I found it a bit too long for my petite 5'3" and am having it shortened. The waist was large, but I'll wear a top over the waist, so...not a deal breaker. The fabric and quality details are what I expect and demand.

Skirt did not fit well. I am 64 yrs. old and wear a true 12. Just not for me. Maybe my shape( a bit bigger tummy) was the problem.

It's a cute skirt but the fit is odd. It's a little too tight in the backside, but is too loose in the waist.

I normally order size 12 in skirts and slacks, but due to other reviews about generous sizing, I ordered this skirt in size 10. It fits well but was shorter than desired, so I lengthened it before wearing. The A line styling makes it very becoming. I can tell it will be a favorite for travel and other occasions.

Love this skirt! The comfort and fit are excellent! The only improvement would be to make the waist not sit as high. This skirt is perfect for casual or dressy casual depending what type of blouse is worn with it. The color is very versatile and goes with many of the shirts already in my closet!

The skirt washes well without shrinking. I like the A-line shape as it is comfortable to sit in without riding up. I wish it was about an inch shorter, but it's not a real problem. Nice skirt overall.

The fabric and the finish were very good, however the sizing was way off. I ordered one size smaller and the skirt is still too large, particularly in the waist, and I will be returning it.

I really wanted a new denim skirt. I wanted the "sort of old fashioned" "at the waist" fit because I think it makes one look thinner. However, I wanted a skirt that was more fitted and above the knee. This skirt is a giant a-line and much too long (even though at 5'81/2" I am rather tall.

I have been looking long and hard for a new blue jean skirt. This is a nice one because it has some stretch in it which means it does not get all bagged out in the butt. It is a tad long (an inch or two shorter would be better) but it is still good. Also, as others have said, it runs a full size large so order down. All in all I am glad I bought this skirt.

Perfect jean skirt. Fits great around the hips and waist. The detailed embellishment at back is cute. I like the length. I'm over 55 yrs old and it's the perfect kick around, tee shirt skirt for this spring and summer.

The skirt I've been looking for to replace my worn casual summer skirts & skorts. It's a light fabric with some stretch. It's figure flattering yet you can sit comfortably without worrying about modesty. The length is right at the knee. The embroidering around the waist gives me an excuse for not wearing a belt. Be very careful about the sizing tho. I started with an 8 and ended up with a 4. Call Woolrich for true dimensions of each size - do not order according to their size charts! They were very accomodating about getting me the right size. I bought the dark denium and the light. Can't wait for summer!
