About Me Gun Collector
The shirt is comfortable and it washed up really well, but my favorite part of it is the fake buttons. Nobody would know by looking at it.

Great fitting shirt and very comforatble... my only complaint is that it has to be touched up with an iron after coming out of the dryer

Magnets set off airport security scanner

The magnetic closers will set off the air port security equipment. So don't expect to use this for any airport travel.

Pleased But...
By California CCW Holder
from Coastal Southern California
I purchased two of these shirts, a Deep Navy (plaid) and Blue (solid). The Magnets on the Deep Navy work very well but the magnets in the Blue shirt are much weaker. This is a paradox, stronger magnets keep the shirt closed better but attract other metallic objects. The magnets should probably be replaced with Velcro or snaps like other CCW shirts have. The bottom front of the shirt is square cut but the rear is not. I do not like long sleeve shirts that are not tucked into pants so I had my two shirts altered to short sleeve and had the rear cut off square adding $12.00 of cost to each shirt. The heavy cotton fabric feels good and hides firearm printing very well, especially the Deep Navy plaid. In summary, a short sleeve version should be offered, square cut the entire shirt bottom and replace the magnets in favor of Velcro or quality snaps.

I had been looking for a L/S cover shirt for awhile and this does a very good job covering a belt worn .45. Comfortable, well made with some nice features.

Sleeves too short
By Short sleeve shirts

About Me Career
This was the first time purchasing from Woolrich. I ordered a short sleeve and a long sleeve for my son. The short sleeve fit great. The sleeves on the long sleeve shirt were too short. Wished I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Well made shirt but the long sleeves are just not normal. Go short sleeve!!!!

I bought this shirt in "Ruby" as a birthday gift for my husband (he had it on his wishlist) and I loved the way the fabric felt. It fits him perfectly and the color is better in person. Overall, great value!

Problems with magnets

About Me Casual
Had to return the orriginal order because of magnet closures that lost strength.Velcro closures are very stiff and are probably not needed. The material is very nice, looks good, washes good and comfortable.I bought these because the short sleeve model was very good.

Disappointment
By Disappointed

The sleeves could stand to be an inch or so longer. The shirt is advertised as straight cut, it is not. Magnets are too weak to keep the shirt in place. The WORST part of the shirt is the length, In XXL at best it seemed like a XL and a 3XL seemed at best a XXL. Especially for a CCW shirt it needs to be straight cut and be long... even a normal length would be fine. I would call this a "Short". I had high hopes for this shirt and have been utterly let down.

Sharp!

I would give this a five star rating but I decided on Large considering the size of the elite fleece vest and Algerian field jacket. Got it and it was too small to work well. I liked the way it looked so I wore it to a meeting but trying to use it as a concealed carry shirt would not work. I am stuck buying another one. I have never had a sizing issue with any Woolrich Elite product and I own nearly everything but this was my first shirt! You need to go up a size if you are not sure!

Need to offer sleeve sizes

While we loved the shirt, the sleeves need to be "sized." I bought the XL for my husband. The shirt fit, but the sleeves were 2 inches too short.

CCW Shirt
By Dropkickrick
from Iraq
I found the shirt to fit over my body armor with the 2XL size. Using a "Batman Belt" with the shirt is functional with the break away velcro on the sides. I do not like the magnets that are used to replace buttons. The magnets are not strong enough to stay together and catch onto anything metal. Such as belt buckles, radio clps and magazines. I would suggest replacing the top magnet with a real button.
