Comfortable and classic

In the cold weather, I wear a thermal shirt under this shirt and still looks good. It's comfortable and it does have the flattering figure. It is stitched well, love the way it's stitched down the front and back - to give that curvature shape. Nice classic feel to it.

I had been looking for this shirt for awhile to wear with a pair of jeans and/or corduroy pants. This hit all my checkpoints: ample arm length, semi-fitted, but not clinging, contrast buttons, substantial, but not bulky, fabric. It looks great with many of my casual clothes and I know I'll wear it a lot, whether it's at our cottage relaxing by the fire, antiquing with my husband, or a casual Friday at work.

I was looking for a chambray shirt to replace one that was about to fall apart. I looked everywhere and Woolrich was the only one I could find. I love it! The material is a tad different, but is really nice. I love to wear it like a jacket and look forward to wearing it for years!

The material is a lighter weight than I usually find in a chambray shirt. I would be totally happy if not for this. I haven't washed it yet so I'll address that later.

I use this jacket over a t-shirt for outdoor camping, grocery shopping and walking in the park. It is light weight for our warm climate in Houston. The fabric is soft but durable. The XL size fits me perfectly in the bust and hips even though I usually wear large. The sleeves are a little long, but I roll them up. I am 5 ft. 6 inches and the XL hangs a little too long, so I have taken the jacket up a few inches.

Lovely shirt for slim women

This is a beautifully tailored shirt. It would be lovely on a slim woman with an A/B cup. However, it was way too small in the chest for me - I could only button the bottom two buttons. I had to return it. As this is not usually a problem for me, I would have to say that the fit is off. I would recommend it to a friend, however, if she met the above qualifications.

Love the fabric, but there are huge gaps due to large spaces between buttons. Have to pin the blouse shut!
Pretty shirt, a couple of quibbles

I wear this shirt style as a light jacket over a tank or other knit. I first ordered it in my usual size and found the sleeves to be too tight when arms are extended, as example when driving. That was surprising - haven't had this issue with other Woolrich shirts. Returned that shirt, ordered next larger size. The sleeves are fine but the shirt is longer than I'd hoped. Still I like the general style and color and it's in the closet now.

Found an old friend shirt
