Yes, even in Florida!

Placing an order for a pair for a friend and tempted by sale price and free shipping, I added another pair for myself. After clinking confirm, my grew up in New England self remembered I live in Florida - not the place for wool socks. So I started to think of friends up north who might like them. And then today, end of Thanksgiving weekend, right on cue temperature was below 70 degrees ! Red sox to the rescue: warm, cozy and Christmasy. Inspired me to write Christmas cards as warmed and softened feet. What more could one want when too cold to go to the pool?

socks that make perfect stocking stuffer
I bought these as stocking stuffers for a high style friend from an overheated apartment, not her fault - blame the Super, in NYC who will be spending the holidays in Maine. Aware that she might initially think these were so not her style, I've sent them to where she'll be staying in Maine.When she opens these on Christmas Eve, her feet will be cold and dry. Alone in her room, I think -oh my, should I have bought a second pair?, she'll try them on and will suddenly believe in Santa again!

Great Comfort!

I wear these socks indoors like a slipper. We have hardwood floors, so we don't wear shoes in the house. I like these socks for fall and winter. They are warm & comfortable, and the aloe vera is very good for the skin!

Not the same!

I bought these in the past and loved them -so soft and cozy. The elastic was nice and stretchy. Now the elastic in the ankle is too short and therefore tight- too hard to get on. Had to return them.

I LOVE these socks. They are super soft and very well constructed. More dense but not as thick as some I've purchased in stores. I wear them with my new Woolrich slippers and my feet are in heaven.The only con: I wish they were a little longer.Also, those with large feet, beware. I wear a size 5.5 and can't imagine them fitting a much larger foot.A little expensive but worth every penny. I anticipate they will last a good, long time.

Granted, I don't have tiny feet. But these could either have more stretch or come in a medium and a large instead of one size fits all, because frankly one size doesn't. Still, they are lovely and warm. I just wish they were a bit bigger.

These socks are adorable and soft. The height of the sock seems a little short-- more like a quarter-sock rather than a crew sock (shorter than the other similar aloe vera sock styles). The sheep design is a bit fuzzy (not distinct), but still cute. I wish this sock was a little higher crew sock like the others.

These socks are wonderful! The newer socks are not as nice as the older kinds (they seem smaller and tighter to pull on leaving marks on my ankles), but still work very well.
