I've already owned a couple pairs of these socks in different colors/patterns, so no surprises. Putting them on is like 5 minutes post coating my feet in a rich dimethicone-enhanced lotion or cream: simply heavenly. These would be a bargain at $10/pair at cost-benefit ratio.

Lovely socks if you have TINY feet

I really wish these socks fit, as the pink pair I ordered are as they should be, but both this pair and the violet pair have been knitted without the proper elastic elements in the outer sock. They won't stretch to put on, and the ankle area is terribly tight.This isn't a fit problem it is a flaw in construction. Disappointing.

Really nice looking sock and material is super-soft and comfy, but I bought two pairs and one seemed defective. It has too much material in the toe and does not fit correctly. The other pair fits ok, but the toe seam is still somewhat irritating. I need to return the defective pair. Pretty pricey

The quick smile my wife displayed as she pulled on the first sock was worth the purchase. These are the most comfortable, soft, warm socks she's ever worn. She likes to wear them while walking on our concrete floors or with casual shoes. Just purchased so don't know the durability. I'll definitely surprise her with similar socks in the future.

Very comfortable. Wear them all the time and keeps my feet super warm. I have tile flooring so my feet get really cold during the winter. With these socks on my feet stay really warm all day long.

Nirvana for fuzzy sock lovers!
So definitely worth their high price, these double layer socks are absolutely the best I've ever worn. So comfy & cuddly, and the inner layer provides a heavenly--indeed, therapeutic-- enveloping blankie for winter-dry peds. DO follow directions to hand wash, however, as mine pilled even in a lingerie bag in the washer. My bad.
I will buy these socks again!

I bought these because socks they were soft and looked like they would be warm. The Woolrich brand is usually the sign of a good product. However, after wearing and removing the socks, my feet, the carpet and the insides of the socks were covered with fuzz. Yuck!
