Snuggly wonderful

With three of our own vintage wool/plush throws it was time to gift them to loved ones for Christmas! The hallmark Woolrich plaid wool with splashes of red make it a comfy blanky that you will want to show and not hide when guests come to visit. These hold up well for years and years. My only complaint is that they sell out quickly each year so you can't end up getting a match unless you buy two upfront. Recommendation: read the description well because you ill want to spend the extra bucks to get the vintage throw with WOOL on one side

Well worth the price

Wife & I got one of these blankets just over 20 years ago for our wedding. While it has a little wear we still use it to this day. It has outlasted and is much warmer than any throw blanket we've bought since. We now have 3 kids and they all fight to get it. I just bought two for my wife (& I) for Christmas and plan on buying one for each of my kids for their birthdays next year. These are awesome blankets, extremely warm and will last like you would not believe. Yes it is pricey but you won't find anything out there as good. My parents first took me to a Woolrich outlet in Pennsylvania when I was a young kid (late 70's/early 80s) and have loved their products ever since.

Warm, durable, beautiful

As soon as I moved to Colorado last winter, I purchased a Woolrich blanket. It is incredibly warm, I have used it both on my couch and layered on top of the bedspread (both near windows) and it has kept out the chills. The combination of wool on one side and the fleece/berber on the other side really makes it warmer. Also purchased it during a promotion, which made it a great value for the quality/cost.The kitten likes to snuggle on it too, and the only downside of the blanket is that it's dry-clean only. I think these should be made to be machine washable.The specific pattern (Evergreen) doesn't seem to be available this year, but it is darker and has a few colors so it matches well with my furniture/decor. Great item, and made in the USA.

i already had a woolrich blanket that i purchased about 7 years ago.. except for the cat hair ( they think its theirs) it STILL looks brand new. it is so warm my cats actually fight over it. it is the best product out there. i plan on buying more
