Excellent for everyday casual use. The jacket is warm for cold weather on the west coast. I found the cut to be really comfortable. I am using it for daily activities and going to and from work.

sleeves are short

A very nice and well built jacket, as expected from Woolrich. I have worn it in below freezing temperatures with comfort. The sizing is a bit snug. As the other reviews suggested, it is snug with a sweater on. Even without a sweater, the sleeves are too short, but I love it so I am keeping it.

Nice jacket, except for fit

This jacket is great except for the fit. I ordered an x-small because a previous style I ordered in a small was far too big. The x-small was the right fit except the sleeves are a bit too short. In general, other than this, it is a very attractive jacket and keeps my warm on colder days.

Nice Jacket except for . . .

This jacket has a nice silhouette and nice lines to it due to the not too puffy duck down. However, the collar is not too high and therefore , you cannot bury your mouth and nose into the collar during really cold weather. Also, the pocket zippers do not open and close very easily especially with one hand. Since the pockets are not very deep, you want to store your mittens in them without falling out, but you need to use one hand to zipper up the pocket once the jacket is on. The zipper is too cheap and needs to be better made and easily zippable. If you use two hands, it is doable , but not that comfortable or convenient. The front zipper is OK, but should have a flap over it to prevent wear from the elements. I really like the design of this jacket otherwise and want to keep it, but due to the problem with the pocket zippers , I might have to return it.
