These were not really true to size. A smaller size would probably have been too small my normal size was a little to big. They needed a size in between.

These shorts might be perfect for you if you want a larger profile, comfortable short that wears like a skirt. I am a petite size and these were just too large a profile for me. I wanted to keep them because they were so light weight for summer, but I knew the fit would bother me and so I sent them back.

The delivery of my order was very prompt. I love the feel of the material however I ordered the size indicated on the size chart and they were much to big. I am waiting for the smaller size and hoping they fit. I'll let you know

These shorts are great. They fit well for a 50 soemthing woman that wants to wear shorts but doesn't want to show everything - long enough to cover but still shorts. The legs do not fit tight in the thighs - a great thing for someone that is bigger in the hips and thighs than the waist. I ALWAYS have trouble with the waist of pants being to loose and bulging out in the back. These not only fit better in the waist but have adjustable elastic with buttons that you can use to tighten the waist as much as you want. They washed well without shrinking. I would definitely recommend them.

These are the best shorts I have bought in a long time. I am over 50 and hippy but do not have a thick waist. The length is perfect for someone that wants shorts but doesn't want to look foolish. They are cut wider in the leg and so have a loose fit in the thigh rather than being skin tight and showing off the thunder thighs. :-)
The waist has an adjustable elastic strap that allows me to have a fit in the waist without being tight in the hips. Usually shorts or pants may fit my hips and thighs but will gap badly in the waist. The fabric is light weight and drapes nicely. Please keep making them!!!

Would prefer that the sit more at the waist line. Couldn't tell where the fit was from the description on line. I've been looking for a nice pair of plaid shorts for a couple of years. These are the best I've found for a good price but may not wear them as often as I would if they would sit more at the waist.

I have now purchased all three colors, and I love them. They are very airy and wash and wear ... I purchased them for an Africa trip in December but I wear them every day they are so comfortable.

Overall the shorts were too big of the size - returned them for the next smaller size - hope that works because I really like how they look.

I would not recommend these shorts. The pant legs are much too wide. The waistband is adjustable and the elastic tends to roll. There was no description of the shorts having an adjustable waistband.

These shorts were much looser in the legs than I expected. But once I got use to them, I love them. They are very comfortable, very light weight and are fun to wear. I love the color!

I am tall and thin but have larger hips and thighs so finding pants and shorts that don't leave huge gaps at the waist has been a problem. These fit my hips and thighs o.k. but I would have had to take them in about 2 inches on each side. They fell 4-5 inches below my belly button. They seemed nice like shorts, otherwise.
