          Bought for "resort casual" cruise, and wanted something special for beach, town, and aboard. They look nice with tshirts and loose blouses. I'm 16 petite, 5'4. Turned up, the length is below the knee. Turned down, they come to the ankles, a bit short for tennies with socks, but good with sandals. After washing, retained size perfectly.
