I live in Minnesota and wanted a warm wool shirt reminiscent of what I used to wear.... I was hoping this would be the one and am I happy to find out that it is !!!! Very happy with my purchase.

The jacket was unlined making it uncomfortable to wear. The wool was a bit scratchy to the skin and a bit stiff. If the fabric was softer then being unlined would have been ok.

I bought this becuase it got the best reviews I have seen in a while. This jacket deserves all the good reviews. For warmth and comfort this is a great piece and appears to be very durable. This jacket is not bulky and will fit under a parka if necessary. It is not lined but would be a different fit if it had lining. It is thick enought to keep out a cool breeze but probably not a biting wind. This is my new favorite jacket. This would be too tight on a buxom gal. There are no darts.

Several years ago my husband gave me one of these. I loved it because of the zipper and great fit but it didn't have hand pockets. This one is perfect and the plaid looks very nice.

I love this type of clothing. It looks good, fits good and can be worn to work or for play. I wore this to work and received alot of compliments. It's very comfortable and still looks good with slacks or jeans. I'd buy it again....no problem. Well worth the money.

This jacket does it all. It spends more time out of my closet than in it. It is great for work, casual, our outdoor wear and can be paired with jeans, leggings, or a skirt - a blouse, turtle, fleece, the list goes on. I haven't run out of uses yet and it makes everything I pair it with look great. On top of that it is always comfortable and never too hot. It is a great way to layer without the bulk because the material and cut are perfect. My only regret is that I don't have several more like it.

This can be worn as an outdoor jacket in the fall or with pants or a skirt indoors in cold weather. The colors are really lovely.

I tend to be cold in the Winter, and this is a very good quality, warm shirt/jac that I will get a lot of use out of. The material was very good quality and the print was stylish. I can see dressing it up or for very casual. Mostly, I like to be comfortable and I like the timelessness of this product. I can see wearing it for years to come. The fit was true to size and it did exceed my expectations. I especially liked the hand warmer pockets on the sides. It will be easy to wear it as a jacket with a turtleneck under it also.

I finally ordered one and love it. It is not lined, but the wool is soft. Great layering piece when it's cool enough for something warm, but you don't want the bulk. I will be wearing it often. Love the colors and the fit.

Good quality material, well crafted. Good for indoors and 50 degrees outside. Slightly skimpy across the bustline and I'm not a big woman.

I do like the jacket and feel the quality is good, however, the options for women are not as good as for men, particularly for warmth & pockets. I'd even be happy if I could buy the men's products in a small enough size to fit, but often the smallest is medium or large. Some women do want a warm coat with lining and lots of pockets even if it is not as "pretty" as the unlined/unpocketed model that was all I could find in women's sizing. I don't look super pretty when I am freezing anyway....

I wear this wool jacket with black slacks or a long skirt for work. It's not so bulky or long that it's limited to wearing just as an outside jacket. It's comfortable and wears nicely with a turtleneck. It could be improved with a thin lining.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas. She's a northwoods gal and this will be the third Woolrich Shirt Jac I have gotten her. She loves them and this will not disappoint. It's comfy, stylish, and perfect for those quick trips out to the woodpile or mailbox - or just staying warm on those extra cold Wisconsin days and nights. I wish they had more color options (so I could buy myself one, too).
