Our Hudson's Bay Point Blankets retain the authentic 100% wool quality that has made these blankets legendary. Like those sold in the 18th century, today's blankets are made in England with wool blended from sources in England, Wales, New Zealand, and India. Each type of wool is selected for qualities that help create a water-resistant, soft, warm, and strong final product. The wool is dyed before it is spun and then air- and sun-dried to brighten the colors. This blanket warms the interior of any home. It will keep you and your guests warm on the coldest nights, just as they've kept generations of trappers, hunters, fur traders, and Native Americans warm and comfortable. 100% wool. Imported.             We love the size of this blanket, also the warmest blanket in the house. On cold winter nites with little heat in the bedroom (the way we like it) its nice to snuggle with this blanket. I like to buy things one time and not time and time again. This will be something that will be passed on to the children and there children. Can't say enough about the quality of this product. Purchased mine at the Woolrich Store in Gatlinburg.

                      These are the greatest blankets! My parents bought three in Canada more than forty-five years ago and my married children have them now. I will be buying more. The blankets show no wear in all those years. Dry clean them and they'll last long enough to be passed from one generation to the next. True heirlooms. On the coldest nights, these blankets do a great job of keeping you warm without a lot of weight.
