This is my go- to jacket for anything but formal occasions. I use for country outings and inside the house if I am just plain cold. I use this jacket even in light rain. It is as versitile as your favorite pair of jeans. The construction is rugged yet still looks like your trusty denim shirt. But this one is for winter. The fleece is so soft you may want to wear it right next to your skin. This jacket washes well. I hang to dry to preserve most all fabrics and save energy. It also packs very well with little wrinkeling. I found it to be a bit oversized but that is not a bad thing.

I work out side and often need something that is warm but not bulky. This was something I had been looking into purchasing for a very long time. Because I do some pretty dirty work, I hate spending a lot of money on clothes, I often shop as Resale shops because of this, but no one gets rid of terrific shirts like this because they are so versatile. I mentioned this to my Mother and she purchased it for me. I have been wearing a very old shirt left behind by a co-worker who was 6'6 and weighed about 300 pounds, I am 5'4 and weigh 100 pounds, so you can imagine how large that leftover shirt was on me. This new one is perfect although I do hate to get it dirty, but that is part of what I do. Thank you for being such a well trusted company.

This is such a warm, comfortable jacket. My hisband has a similar one and I always wanted something with fleece on the inside where it is protected from cat hair. It has been great during our recent sub zero nights.

During the winter this is perfect for wearing in a cool house. Other seasons it will be a comfortable topper to put on. It is really roomy, which I like but if you're looking for a fitted jacket, this is not what you want. Quality and finish are very nice.

This is a great shirt/jacket. I typically wear a size 6 or 8, and the small is large enough to wear a thick shirt or light sweater underneath. I've been slipping it on around my drafty house instead of a sweater, but it's a good light jacket outdoors. It will be great for chilly evenings camping in the summer as well. If you like the look of faded denim, you'll be pleased. And the fleece lining is not too bulky, just right. I never want this shirt to wear out!

I love this shirt. It looks great on and feels so comfortable. I did purchase it again & again I now have four This sale price was such a great deal. Could not pass it up. I wear these shirts all year long. I like it better than a sweater. I feel they look good in all occassions. Also, they wash well. Wash in cold or warm water hang on hanger to dry and they look great when they dry. No need to iron. I like that.

this is my 3rd denim shirt and the first was lined with fleece which i loved, the i orded others and they have changed the fleece sleeves to quilted material that made the jacket cold on my arms and that is not the quality Woolrich has always used, they have always been high quaility but the last was far from that.i also noticed it was not made in America which shows. the pockets did not have the button pocket so you items would not fall out. overall i have been disapppointed the overall jacket. i would recommend the shirt but would tell them of the lack of quality.

I have been wanting this short for so long and then it went on sale. Could not resist! The color of the denim is a very versatile lighter blue. The denim material is very durable. My favorite aspect of the shirt is the beautiful red/black buffalo check lining, which is very soft and warm without being too thick or heavy. The sleeves are also lined with a material to enhance warmth, but it, too, is light and breathable. Overall, and for the price, this is a very affordable and high quality shirt jac you will enjoy for years.

I LIVE IN DENIM LINED SHIRTS THROUGH THE COLD MONTHS. THIS WOOLRICH MODEL FITS WELL, WASHES NICELY AND LOOKS GOOD. IT ISN'T STIFF AND BOXY FEELING OR TOO SHAPED AND CLOSE FITTING. I WISH THEY'D DO AWAY WITH THE LUMBER JACK FLEECE THOUGH AND OFFER OTHER CHOICES - THE SOUTHWESTERN PRINT I WAS UNABLE TO BUY SINCE IT WAS SOLD OUT SEEMED A NICE ALTERNATIVE AND I THINK A SOLID DENIM BLUE TO MATCH THE OUTTER SHIRT WOULD MAKE IT MORE VERSATILE.

I purchased this to replace my last Woolrich fleece lined denim shirt. Living in New Hampshire I wear this around the house (and around town) all winter long. Comfortable and durable, my last one finally ripped at the elbow so this is its replacement. The new one has nylon inside of sleeves instead of fleece. Im not sure yet if I like that feature or not, as it is warm but not as soft. Overall it seems like a great alternative to a jacket or sweater.

Always wanted a denim shirt and this one is the best! Lined with a polar fleece it will be great for cooler days come fall, winter and spring. I am a size 20 and this Woolrich item is generous enough that I can comfortably wear another shirt underneath.

I used this shirt jac running all my errands, in a chilly house, and out for evening walks in fall and winter. It is made of a nice color of denim that works well with all casual pants. Somehow to me, the cut of the shoulders and chest seem almost tailored. It is a close fit without being constraining and I don't look like I am wearing a mens shirt jac. I like the flannel lining inside; it is so soft and the colors are very nice.

great for cool weather without the bulk, Im a larg petite but it was out of stock so I purchesed regular size therefore, a little too long in sleeve and length-I have wide shoulders so that fit. It will work great for camping and outdoor chores

Definitely comfy and warm but way too big. I got XS but it fits me like it's a men's S. It is not flattering for your body. It's more for comfort. I am 5'3 and 115 pds and this XS makes me look like I weigh 150pds+. Haha. Disappointed in the size but the inside of the flannel is what makes it a keeper. Too soft! So that makes up for the size, a little bit.

I'd recommend this highly with some changes. I had to return mine because it was too large and a smaller size was no longer available. Sadly, now I have to hope they bring it back next year and with some badly needed changes. How about offering this in petite sizes so, it will be slightly less sloppy looking on shorter women (slightly less long and with a bit shorter sleeve)? Bring back the square bottom, rather than the rounded shirt edge. It was so long on me, it felt like I was wearing a dress. On the good side, I really liked the mocha lining and would love to have one in my size next year--hopefully in a petite, size "large".
