Ecru is not my color - ad showed white

My review was needless because you don't leave enough space for the review - I don't get why you barely leave enough for three words - that's not a review - it's a phrase. The ad showed a white henley but it said ecru so I was warned but it was even darker than I thought. I waste of time. Who likes dingy ecru - does anyone? It doesn't look clean. Why do that? You are on the right track - here's the perfect henley - thick cotton waffle weave "sweatheart necklace" and not tight in the wasteline but fitted in the shoulders and bust - not pleats in waist or anything - just not fitted - the perfect henley - I looked so hard and you had the right material but not the color or neckline. The color needs to be very white white and you will sell a lot of them - and not see through - then you've got the henley everyone wants.

Like the style, not the color

I have this shirt in grey and love it. I bought the ecru color and am not as happy with it. The color is very yellow which I didn't expect. The fabric appears to be thinner because you can see through it. It may be the same fabric as the grey but it doesn't work well in the lighter color.However, if the yellowish color and thinner material wouldn't bother you I would still recommend it since I do lime the grey version so much.

I wish the knit were a little heavier and that the length was a bit shorter so I could tuck the shirt into pants without too much cloth to stuff in there.

I had orignally purchased the waffle henley in my usual size but when I recieved it I found it was too big. So I returned and requested the next size down. I got back the new one this last week and tried it on. It fits perfectly and is warm and soft. I love the shirt! Especially the color of blackberry. Now that its getting colder I will wear this shirt alot. I volunteer at my local library and it will be perfect for work there.

My Daughter Loves It!!
My daughter loved the blue Heirloom Waffle so much she wanted more, so I purchased the Onyx and she is very happy with it. She has a long torso but this shirt fits her perfectly. She's raved about the shirt so much I've ordered one for myself.

Fabulous Shirt!!!
I purchased this shirt for my adult daughter, knowing the color would make her eyes pop. She loves it!! Its warm, washed very well, and has kept its shape and true size. Now she wants another one.

These shirts have a comfortably soft feel. I wear them often. I was only disappointed in the ecru shirt which is a little too yellowish for my taste. I expected it to be more tan-white than yellow-white.

Serviceable

I have a Henley that is about 12 years old. Only the seams at the placard and wrist bands are fraying. It is made of 100% heavy cotton. I loved this Henley. While the one's I ordered are comfortable and serviceable, they aren't what I expected. The cotton one I have stays warm in winter and wicks away moisture when I work. I was hoping for the same. I'm a little disappointed.

I really like this shirt. My only complaint is that it loses its shape quickly and perhaps needs a bit more stretchy material in the material.

This is a very well-made shirt that is extremely comfortable. I think it will work great for every day wear...either on its own or under another shirt. My only disappointment is that the color I purchased (Ruby) is not as bright as it looked in the catalog or online. However, the fit is so great I decided I'd keep the shirt.

Cool fall weather raking leaves when more than a tee shirt needed but less than a sweatshirt. I also use as layer under flannel shirt as I work outside year round. I like Woolrich for quality & syle. Wish they would bring back a henley that I purchased a few years ago, I would buy a couple more. A little heavier with a tighter weave. Should offer coupons for discounts as prices are a little high. I would make nore purchases. I can shop at a local store for Woolrich products (last season's syles) at half the price.

Looks and fits great

This top is perfect for cool weather in northern Florida. I washed and hung to dry to minimize any shrinkage. Sleeves are long, which I like. Length falls below hip. I am size 10 and medium fits fine. Slightly fitted, not too loose. The Dark Bluebell color was not as bright as I wanted. Looks lighter in color on my computer. Ecru is a nice winter-white color. Velvet trim could have been extended all the way around the inside neck line. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend.
