Most of the comments I had read about this shirt hold true, it runs larger and a bit heavier than expected, however, I kept the L to use for layering and working on a farm. I ordered a M to wear for casual outings. It looks great, it feels great!

This is a beautiful shirt, well made, and the fabric is both soft and substantial. It feels like it will hold up to years of good use. I work with horses and spend most days outdoors all day, so I look for quality products that won't fall apart. It does run large; I'm usually a medium but this was much too big on me. I'm 5'5" and 120#s with wide shoulders. Rather than gamble that it would shrink adequately when washed, I returned it.

Looks nice with a shirt under it and with a necklace. Love the colors. Looks trendy with jeans. I'm only 5'2 and I like that it's a bit long to cover up pudgy areas. I wear it for everyday and to work. I haven't washed it yet.

Love the fabric and the color however the sizing is odd. I am usually a medium. The medium has very short sleeves and a huge body, the large has appropriate length sleeves and an even larger body.

I have two of the buffalo plaid shirts now. The blue/black and the green/blue/black buffalo plaid shirts--love them both. So warm just buttoned up to wear inside and outside.

Love the check pattern of this shirt but the fit was awful. I ordered my usual size and could've easily gone down a size and then some. Wish I could've exchanged it but I ended up returning it due to the fact they didn't have my size. Very warm and cozy material.

My husband bought me four flannel shirts from discount retailers. They were very thin material, lightweight and not very warm. I decided to order this shirt in place of those four. It cost more, but the quality is outstanding. The pockets design blend with the shirt fabric because they are lined up. The colors are very nice together, and the weight of the flannel is very warm. Recomend! You won't be sorry you bought this. It is a bit loose and unstructured as opposed to a more tailored fit. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars

I love this shirt. I bought the black and white one first. I loved it so much, I ordered the black and blue. I may order the red in a couple of days. I have not washed this shirt yet. I probably won't dry it very long.

Wanted a flannel shirt to wear mostly in casual situations. The fit was a little off but then i am hard to fit to clothes. i did love the color and am pleased with the feel of the fabric. Did wear it in the cold weather and it was great but when it warmed up it was almost too warm in the shirt.

This is the heaviest flannel shirt I have ever seen. It is incredibly soft and warm. It will be too large when it arrives and shrinks a lot the first time it is washed. Mine needs to shrink a second time. It is bulky and not fitted, so figure flattering is not an option -- but it looks great layered over a turtleneck. The colors are fabulous and not found anywhere else (I have looked).

I wear it whenever possible, with or without a t-shirt underneath. it's soft, but the right fabric weight so that it is more than just the cheap ones you buy at the stores! The white is not a perfect white, more of a beige. I don't mind at all but others may, but it's a great fit and feels good. I've washed it once and it's fine... the only thing is that I wish it was made in USA. I am 5'5, swimmer/collegiate athlete (135lbs) and i got a Small. Probably could go XS but I felt the small would offer room underneath should I wanted to wear long sleeve underneath.

I have this shirt in another color, so felt very confindent getting it in the buffalo plaid. I was surprised, however, that what they called "white" in the plaid was really beige. However, I got over it and really love the shirt!! I have never felt confident enough in the fabric to wash my other shirt, being afraid that it would shrink and then I would not be able to wear it. Based on that fear, I have always had it dry cleaned - and it has stayed shiny and bright - just like the holiday season!!

A great casual shirt that is comfortable and quality-made. After washing it as described, I found that the sleeves seemed a little shorter. I think overall the shirt shrunk just a little bit... but I noticed the sleeves the most. I still really like the shirt, especially because the material is thick.

Nice shirt, but my daughter and I don't tuck in the flannel shirts. We use for layering and I did not like the short length and boxy fit. Probably good for those that want to tuck in the shirt, but we flannels for layering like a light jacket. I would have liked more length and less boxy/square at the hips. I returned it.

I bought the Black and White checkered in small. I used the fitting guide and a tape measure and I also called Customer Service to get some help in the cut of this style. I am 5'5 and weigh 158. This shirt fits perfect...Very Trendy...Get One.

The wonderful buffalo plaid will be just perfect to wear to work in our country store. I can be stylish and comfortable at the same time. And it will be a great shirt to wear while hiking the Smoky Mountains when there is just a little chill in the air.

Fabric felt coarse. Stitches in the top stitching were skipped; actually the stitching must have been done as chain stitching and all would have pulled out. I actually marked the loose stitching with a straight pin.

Ordered this shirt for my Mom for Christmas. She's going to love it! If she doesn't, I will keep it! I love it! The colors are rich and the material is very soft. You can also wear it as a jacket. It's going to feel warm and toasty this winter for her. Buffalo plaid (red and black) is not easy to find, so glad to find one just like she wanted!
