Woolrich is known for its quality, and these cords are no exception. The color is more of a taupe than dark khaki--rich nonetheless--with an attractive sheen quality. If you're looking for traditional cords, these aren't it. The wale is so fine and thin as to be almost invisible, which is not unappealing, just different than your average wale. They would be appropriate at work, school and running around doing errrands. These are the softest pants ever. Unfortunately, I need to return them, as they are HUGE. I am 5'5" and 118 lbs. and usually wear a size 4, which I ordered. Perhaps Woolrich women's pants always run large, but I was swimming in these pants. I believe that even a size 2 may not fit. Disappointing, as they would have been a keeper.

Sizes arent consistent

I bought these pants online because the pair I got at the store 2 weeks ago fit me perfectly. The new pair are shorter and sit further below my waist. So i am unhappy with consistency of sizing among identical pants.

Bring back the natural waistlines

I am terribly disappointed that Woolrich is not carrying casual pants that have a natural waistline (not below the waist!) I love Woolrich products, and the Woolrich pants used to fit me the best of all, as I am 5'8, not overweight, but have a a narrower waist and wider hips. I used to to fit well into Woolrich size 12 pants. But these low-rise- waist pants (which are often not very attractive) seem to be all the trend in the last few years. I know some like the below the waist lines, but could Woolrich please consider accommodating those of us who would like a natural waistline on a nice casual pant with a few styles? PLEASE?? I am amazed how difficult it is to find women's natural-waisted pants.PLEASE BRING BACK A SELECTION OF NATURAL WAISTED CASUAL PANTS FOR THOSE WHO ARE MORE COMFORTABLE IN THEM AND LIKE A NEAT WAISTLINE THAT FITS AT THE WAIST. not quite right

These pants were not quite what I was looking for. I have had good luck with Woolrich pants fitting in the past couple of years. Most pants these days are made much too large in the waist for me. These had that same issue, and were not the traditional corduroy fabric I was hoping for. I returned them.
