A Great Hat!

I am a 49-yr-old hat lady. I live on a farm and this hat is on my head almost every waking hour! Very warm and stylish. My only complaint is that you are sold out of small's! Both my children want one for themselves - the ultimate compliment.
OK but not like the Wool Melton Hat

I purchased this hat for my son because he liked the look of the Irish wool melton hat which I gave to him as a gift. He wanted another. This says wool blend but it should actually say polyester blend - it is 70@ polyester, 20% wool and 10% rayon! The fabric isn't nearly as nice as the solid black wool melton hat. Very disappointed. This isn't as warm as the other either.

Great fit and feel on a well made cap that has a very nice traditional Irish Cap look. I love it, wear it everywhere, and ordered the red and black, plus the black wool melton Irish Cap. A superb cap for Woolrich to have in their line.

Watch Out for Grandson

It looked really nice on me; however, my grandson who is 10 yrs old was visiting and tried it on and when he left it was gone with him. I guess I'll have to order another one.

Its nicely made

I plan on wearing the hat often when it remains cool. I wear it now. There is nothing that I can see wrong with this hat. We all have our personal preferences. For example, I prefer such a hat to be a little bit wider and I prefer to have the material on top to droop or fall a little but this one comes straight to the brim, however it is wool. Others may love it the way it is. However the more I wear it and look at it the more I like it. I continue to squeeze down on the top material and it droops a little. I got the red and black and I like it a lot. That is why I got it. Have no fear, try it, if you dont like it, return it. It will sell out fast and be gone before it goes on sale I think. That is what happened last year. I waited all year.

I wear this hat daily to work as well as weekends and "to the camp". It is an all round serviceable cap. Very comfortable and a good fit on an XL head. I received several compliments the first day I wore the hat. I will likely order other colours.
