Super comfortable.

About Me Practical
I thought the sleaves were about a inch to long, so I folded them over to create a short cuff and actually liked the sweater even more. This is an instant favorite!

Great sweater! Although I live in South Texas, this sweater will serve well in the fall/winter and early spring. I spend quite a bit of time out and exposed to the elements and it's perfect. Breathes well, not too warm iuntil it needs to be. Bought this one off-season in the "sale section" and will be buying many more at the low prices listed! I have several other Woolrich sweaters in the closet that serve the same purpose already, and I always buy them in the "sale season" at the beginning of the year. Although it says "dry clean only", the Merino wool does well in the washing machine with Woolite and gentle cycle on cold wash. To dry, I simply lay it out on a towel in a well ventilated area. No shrinkage, wool is SOFT!!! This won't be my last purchase.

The sweater almost fell apart following the wash/care instructions. This one is not well made.

On the first hand washing after receiving the sweater, it shed an incredible amount of wool.

This was on sale but after the high cost of shipping and tax, it evened out to the original cost so I did not save anything

Still good quality...but miss old style

You have a great product. Had your old style with a micro fabric lining collar... more comfortable & also had a heavier knit that gave it a more casual feel and use.

I thought that being Merino wool this sweater would have a softer finish.Have not worn it yet so my comments are reserved until I do. Nice quality.
THAT COMFORT RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR SKIN

USE THIS SWEATER RIGHT OVER YOUR SKIN OR OVER A TEE SHIRT. A GREAT " ON THE RUN" ADDITION.

Very nice sweater

Purchased as a gift for my husband who insisted that I should have ordered a larger size, but he was pleased when he got it. It is quite stylish and works well instead of a shirt.

Looks great

This sweater looks great on my husband but he would like it to have a tighter knit. He wears a large and the fit is good.

Nice sweater

Overall I'm happy with this sweater, although as the other reviewer mentioned it is on the thinner side. I like wearing a sport shirt underneath to work, so if a sweater is thick I tend to overheat - so in that regard this works well. It's too bad Woolrich is making these in China, I'm all for free market but the quality does seem worse than what I remembered from decades ago with them.

It's OK but over-priced
By Shoe-bootie

The first time I put it on it felt very light weight. I expected more of a sweater that I could use during crisp fall or early winter days. This is more of a late summer evening pull-over. It's very comfortable and very expensive.
