very nice and warm. I am tall and the sleeves and length of the coat are very good. The zipper does seem to have a mind of it's own. Sometimes it is hard to get it started...

Lovely and warm

I'm a true 12 in the shoulders so bought a size large to allow for a light sweater. The size L was a bit small, returned it and ordered the XL. The XL fits perfectly. Ruby color is attractive. The coat is very warm when temp is low 40s. Have received numerous compliments.

New winter coat

The color of the coat was not as bright as in the picture, but that may be good, as it will be more versatile. This coat is warm, and is long enough to keep the top part of my legs warm on cold Chicago evenings. The zipper seems sturdy.
