Super cute fabric, but it was HUGE. I ordered Small but it was really SM--which means small/medium? It was way too wide and way too long. Love the fabric, but had to return it.

I moved to Mn in 1994, when it was 40 below zero. Went to a Woolrich outlet, and bought a nightshirt. Just this winter, it made its way into the flannel I use for my foster animals. It lasted and lasted and lasted. LOVED it. Went online, found this one ( looks different, feels and wears and fits the same) and its JUST as wonderful as the one I purchased in '94! LOVE it and bought another! YAY!!! Heres hoping it lasts 19 years, like my old one did!

Wow! I have always loved these nightshirts and I own several of them that are now a few years old. But when my new one arrived I was astounded to see that they are actually getting BETTER. My new one is longer than my old ones -- yay, warm knees! -- and better-constructed; there is now a pretty yoke lining sewn inside the top. I'm actually shocked to see this because it's been my experience in recent years that clothing in general has really deteriorated in quality rather than improved. Good for you, Woolrich!By the way, these nightshirts will stay soft and cozy practically forever if washed on a gentle cycle and then air-dried; or stick them in the dryer for just a minute to smooth the fabric, and then hang to dry. With something this nice, you'll really want it to last.

I am a solid size 10 and often wear a size large nightie. I ordered this in a small and I swam in it, with the sleeves so long they covered my hands The size small must equal a typical size 14-16. I wish it fit, but I must send it back

Excellent nightshirt!

I bought this for my mother, who is recovering from a serious illness. The night shirt fit her perfectly (she is quite short) and is very easy to get on and off. The print is jolly and cheered her up. The flannel is soft and warm. I was especially pleased to find it available in June, when other stores have only summer night shirts.

I first bought several 'cozy flannel nightshirts' 7 years ago. Our spring nights have still been a bit chilly. The timing was right:the Woolrich catalog came in the mail;the description caught my eye again;I put in my order for the 'ecru sheep' and the 'bleached/denim penguins'. On standard mailing, they arrived in 5 days, and I'm lovin' them--perfect size, cozy and soft.

Third time is the charm

Because of manufacturing defects with the stitching I had to send this back twice, but the third nightgown was fine. I've ordered these in the past and this is the first I've had trouble with. But because of Woolrich's excellent customer service and return policy I had no trouble resolving the problem.

Originally ordered a S/M based on measurements listed on website. It fit but left no rooom for shrinkage. Ordered a L/XL and very happy with roominess!

Much too big

I ordered the S/M and was expecting a loose fit, but this was ridiculous. It was much too big in every dimension. Disappointing! The fabric felt nice but the garment was unwearable.

I have always loved these nightshirts, but they are way too big overall. Please start adding actual sizes and especially small sizes. A small/meduim is much to big for someone who wears a size 4 petite.

I absolutely LOVE this nightgown! It is longer than any nightgown I have ever had (I'm pretty petite) but it's just as warm as wearing pajamas since it's longer. It's very soft and it's not overly bulky.
