As others have stated the SADDLE color doesn't accurately describe the color. It's more of a brownish yellow mustard color. But that very thing makes this sweater kind of unique. I really like the color. It has a nice feel, soft and looks classy. I try to get all my sweaters made of merino wool. It looks great and is a nice light sweater for cooler days.

This is a good weight for layering over long underwear and under a down sweater or heavy wool sweater and anorak. Its well made and nice looking so it lends itself to a variety of uses. I will mostly wear it as part of my cold weather gear.

Everything about this sweater is great, with the exception of the color. It was advertised as "saddle", and is actually almost a mustard. The illustration looked entirely different.

I haven't washed it yet, but everything I've gotten from Woolrich has been wonderful. This appears to be quite comfortible and classy to wear with jeans.

Product was advertised as Saddle color and picture looked beige. It was not my first pick but the only color they had left in my size so I went for it. When I recieved it it looked more like a rust color. I'm not a horseback rider so I'll assume the misinterpretation on the color was on my part. The comfort is good but warmth is probably more suited for northern US than Montreal winters.

Maybe a little fabric pilling, but what sweater will not do that. Nice and light. Keeps you warn, however I think a little light by itself. I wear the ones I have with silk long underware top (wool+silk great combo). Has been a perfect match for hunting, hiking, weekends, just around the house, etc. Very happy I purchased. XL fit well.

I find that Woolrich clothing runs small and many an extra large sleeve has crept up after washing. So I got this in XXL and it fits well. I wear a 46 suit and have slightly broad shoulders

What an awesome value. I purchased a couple a few months back to have a warm and comfortable option for work and around the house. I initially thought the XL was too big and that the size was off, but after a washer/dryer cycle, it shrank down to a perfect size for me. The XL that initially fit like an XXL nows fits me perfectly. The merino wool is warm, non-scratch, breathable and looks great. I use it for hiking as well and it keeps me warm under my hardshell. At the sale price of [$], I purchased 3 more last week.
