This is a well-made high quality chamois shirt that hearkens back to the originals from the 60's and 70's. It has a great feel as well as fit. It's got big buttons a man's fingers can do much more easily and is generous in length to become everything from a bathrobe to a semi-formal shirt to go with your jeans and tux jacket. It's a wise choice to make.

The shirt looks very nice, except that the fabric is so stiff and heavy that it buckles around the shoulders, and it is not the indoor, casual shirt we expected. It has been washed, and I hope that repeated washing will loosen it up.

I purchased two of these through a Woolrich retail distributor 15 years ago. The Talking Heads headline refers to vanishing years, but definitely not to vanishing quality. If anything, the new ones are better than the old.

I purchased this shirt for outdoor wear over my long sleeve casual tee. I wear a down vest over the shirt to keep the body core warm. Arms of shirt provide excellent room for movement even with undergarment.

I wear this shirt for extra warmth while I am around the house and doing housework. It is very comfortable and the thickness keeps me nice and warm. I love the quality of the fabric, the color (nutmeg) and workmanship. Would love to have a dark navy or black one too.

Good Looking shirt and the chamois feel can't be beat. But you better like ironing because the shirt comes out of a low temperature dryer looking like a prune! I've never heard of no-iron chamois, but other companies offer chamois shirts of comparable weight that come out much more wearable from the dryer than this product.

I have several Woolrich chamois shirts and think they ate the best. Nice cut , long shirt tails nice detail. The latest purchase, however, seems quite stiff. I have washed it once and thought that would soften the material. It has, to some extent, but certainly not silky soft as described or a soft as other Woolrich chamois shirts I have purchased

My former mother in law (deceased) used to buy these for everyone at Christms; so, I bought them this year for 14 yr old son, my ex, my current boyfriend, & my daughter's boyfriend. My ex said, "Oh, you're going to be like my mother now!". That was a great compliment, and yes,I think it will become a tradition--adding colors as I go. They last forever! It's the best return on a versatile product that I can give.
