I work often from home and spend a good deal of time sitting. My feet are always cold. These socks have a great fit -- better than other heavy wool socks I've owned. The wool is soft and they are warm. So far, they keep their shape well when washed (and they are always in the wash because I always wear them). I love these socks!

I love these socks, and basically wear them year-round. My feet have a tendency to feel cold even in the warmer weather, and these socks are just great. They wash up great and hold up beautifully. I have worn them for about six years now and own several pair.

I buy these socks every year now for my husband at Christmas. Going on fourth year now. He loves them since he always has cold feet. He just wishes the bottom of toes/heels didnt wear. they need to be reinforced more in those area. But he still wants them. I would recommend these socks :)

My husband commented to me that he really likes these socks and that they are really warm. We keep our house heated at a very low temperature during the winter so our bare hardwood floors are always cold. These socks perform admirably and I will probably order him several more pairs.

The socks are great and I can't imagine winter without them. I can however imagine receiving one shipment of the same sock (color and size) in one box. Woolrich sent me two pairs from the same order in different, over sized boxes.

I work outside and I wear these socks all year long. They keep my feet warm in the winter and dry, and thus cool in the summer. These are a great improvement over cotton "death cloth". For the quality and the price I'm quite content with this brand.

Socks were washed exactly as instructed and major shrinkage occurred. All socks purchased were supposed to be the same but they weren't. Serious shrinkage in some and others washed perfectly. Those that didn't are now too small. The socks are over priced for such poor quality. We have purchased these same socks in the past and were very happy with them, thus leading to a second order. We are so disappointed with our recent order. Will not recommend the product to anyone.
